THE FARMHOUSE

Entrance Hall: with washing machine, stairs to the first floor and windowed doors to the Kitchen/Dining room and Lounge.

Kitchen/Diner: Huge kitchen and Diner comprising gas oven and hob, woodburning stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a farmhouse dining table.

Lounge: The lounge comprises a woodburning stove, seating for 10 and double French doors onto the courtyard. TV/Video/DVD player along with selection of DVDs and videos. There is a second staircase to the first floor.

Bathrooms:  There are 3 bathrooms/shower rooms:-

Bathroom 1 - Bath/ shower, double basin unit.

Bathroom 2 - Bath/shower, basin, toilet.

Bathroom 3 - Shower cubicle, toilet and basin

Separate toilet: One, adjacent to Bathroom 1

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10 persons + baby (cot provided).

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom overlooking courtyard, adjacent to Bathroom 1 (13'x12')

Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds, overlooking courtyard, opposite Bathroom 1 (9'x8'4”)

Bedroom 4 - Single bedroom, adjacent to Bathroom 2 (13'x7')

Bedroom 5 – Large bedroom on second floor with double bed and single bed (17'x13')

The gite comprises part of the farmhouse and therefore there is exclusive occupation of the building and use of the garden and swimming pool.

OUTSIDE

The outside area comprises a gravelled courtyard area, perfect for petanque/boules, lawn with swings, above ground swimming pool and decked area with barbecue.

There is shade under the tree between the garden and the courtyard. Off-street parking is behind the barn conversion, 20 yards away.

The property is in the pretty village of Plumaudan and the church and village 'bourg' can be seen from the property. A two minute walk takes you to the boulangerie and bars, one of which offers a great-value lunchtime 3 course menu, inc wine/cider, for 10.5 euros. Meals in the evening are possible if pre-ordered. The excellent boulangerie and mini-market both open Tuesday to Sunday (lunchtime) and are closed on Mondays.
