Labyrinthe du Corsaire
ituated at St Malo this is a popular attraction in 25 acres. There are also obstacle courses, inflatable playground games, a miniature farm and a mechanical rodeo bull. The maze is open night-time also on selected dates in July and August (www.labyrintheducorsaire.com).
Cobac Park
etween Dinan and Combourg, this adventure park is very popular, in particular with pre-teenage children (www.cobac-parc.fr)
La Bourbansais
This zoo and chateau was enjoyed greatly by our family, set in a spacious landscape of woods and flowers, the zoo comprised lions, tigers, giraffe, wolves, emu, monkeys etc. The tour of the chateau is a must for anyone with any interest in history and the rooms are furnished with period paintings and furniture.
There is also between April and September entertainment in the form of a presentation on horseback and on foot of a pack of hunting dogs, along with a falconry display in the grounds of the chateau. A picnic area, children’ play area and petit train complete the attractions. The park is situated about 25 minutes east of Plumaudan (www.labourbansais.com).
Grand Aquarium
Situated in St Servan, just south of St Malo, this is an impressive aquarium, incorporating a picnic area and restaurant (www.aquarium-st-malo.com).
